Studio Policies

  • Guests are NOT allowed during your appointment. This includes service animals, children, friends, and family.

  • Please limit the number of personal items you bring to your appointment.

  • For lash appointments, wear warm clothing or bring a blanket if you tend to get cold.

  • For facial treatments, please wear a tank top that can be easily removed. You will be provided with a towel wrap during your service.

  • No food is permitted inside the studio.

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and deposit forfeited.

  • No call/no show clients will forfeit their deposit and must pay in full to book future appointments.

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, based on the esthetician’s availability. New appointment times may be later than originally requested.

  • While automated confirmation emails are sent, it is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment date and time.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances.

Note: Please plan accordingly, including travel time and personal arrangements, to avoid delays.

Payments & Refunds

  • All deposits and services are non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

  • We accept exact cash, debit/credit cards, and PayPal (a 5% processing fee applies).

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • If purchasing a gift certificate for a specific date, you must check availability through our booking link before purchasing.

Liability & Results

  • Results may vary, and we cannot guarantee 100% outcomes as each client responds differently to treatments.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects.

Studio Etiquette

  • We are a by-appointment-only studio and do not have a receptionist.

  • If you arrive early, please enter quietly and wait, as we may still be servicing another client.

  • Please be mindful of noise levels to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients.
